AI visibility software for agencies: every client site in one workspace
Last updated
What an agency gets, and the limits today
| Need | How GEOHATS handles it | Limit today |
|---|---|---|
| Many client sites | Each website has its own brand, audience, competitors, pages to link to, fonts and colors, so pages for different clients don't share one look | 10 sites or unlimited, depending on tier |
| Publishing to client CMSs | One connection per website: WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Framer, Ghost, HubSpot, Wix (beta), GitHub or a signed webhook | Squarespace has no post API; you download the HTML |
| Client reporting | A read-only report link per website, no login needed | Branded "powered by GEOHATS"; not white-label |
| Team access | The workspace owner signs in | One sign-in per workspace; no team invites or client logins |
| Dev teams | An MCP server for Cursor, Claude Code and other MCP clients | Tokens are per workspace, not per client site |
| AI costs | Your own provider keys, with estimated AI spend shown per website | Keys are per workspace, not per client site |
| Re-checks | Daily or weekly scans per website | Off until you turn them on, since scans run on your keys |
Site limits per tier
Every tier runs the same software. For client work the choice is about how many websites you run. Prices are one-time and rise as licenses sell, so these are today’s.
| Tier | Websites | Pages per site crawl | Support | Price today |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3 sites | 3 | 150 | Usually within 1-2 business days | $47 once |
| 10 sites | 10 | 300 | Usually within 1-2 business days | $97 once |
| Unlimited | No limit | 500 | Priority: we aim for the same business day | $249 once |
The 3-site tier works for a freelancer with a couple of clients; most agencies start at 10. Full details are on the pricing page.
Per-site CMS connections and auto-publish modes
Open a client’s website in the dashboard and connect its CMS with that client’s own credentials. Each connection has its own auto-publish mode:
| Mode | What happens when a page passes the quality gate | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| Off | The page waits in GEOHATS until you click Publish | Clients who review everything in your own process first |
| Send as draft | The page arrives in the client's CMS as a draft (the default for new connections) | Clients who approve in their own CMS |
| Publish live | The page goes live in the client's CMS | Sites where you own publishing |
Auto-publish is best effort: if a CMS is unreachable, the page stays in GEOHATS with a Publish button. A page that fails the quality gate is never sent. Setup steps per platform are on the integrations page, and the site optimizer can write title, meta, alt text and schema fixes back to supported CMSs, with undo.
Client reports: a share link, not white-label
Turn on a read-only report link for a client’s website and send it. It opens without a login and shows the current visibility score, the change since the last scan, the sources won and lost, and which published pages are being cited. The header uses your client’s brand name, and the report also says “powered by GEOHATS” and runs on geohats.com. You can turn the link off at any time.
If a client contract requires reports under your agency’s brand only, GEOHATS doesn’t offer that today; you can copy the numbers into your own report instead.
MCP for agency dev teams
If your team builds client sites in Cursor or Claude Code, connect them to the GEOHATS MCP server. A token belongs to the workspace, so one connection reaches every client site, and each token has a scope:
- 1
read
List websites, gaps, briefs, scores, pages and site audits. No AI spend. - 2
draft
Also save pages your agent wrote (no run spent), have GEOHATS write pages, add questions and start site crawls. - 3
publish
Also publish a page to the client’s connected CMS, which needs an explicit confirm and a passed quality gate.
Give a contractor a read token and keep publish tokens with the people who own client releases. Tokens can be revoked.
How to price GEO as a service
Your delivery cost per client is small and predictable, which leaves the price to the value of the work. Using the app’s own estimates:
| Cost line | Estimate | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| One scan | about $4.17 | 30 questions on all five assistants |
| Weekly scans | about $18 a month | The same scan, 52 times a year |
| One written page | roughly $0.20 to $0.50 | Our own runs, including live web research |
| Site crawl and rule-based fixes | $0 | No AI involved |
| GEOHATS license | $97 or $249 once | Shared across all client sites |
Your real cost is the hours: checking pages, getting client sign-off, review-site profiles and outreach. For packaging and retainer structure, read how to sell and deliver GEO services; for what tools and agencies charge, see GEO pricing in 2026.
Compared with agency plans from monitoring tools
| Tool | Published agency price | Writes pages |
|---|---|---|
| GEOHATS | $97 (10 sites) or $249 (unlimited), once, plus your AI costs | Yes, and publishes to the client’s CMS |
| Peec AI | Agency plans $245 to $795 a month | No, tracking and recommendations |
| Profound | Full client workspaces $399 a month each, as an add-on to its agency track | Yes, its AI Marketer drafts pages for approval |
| Otterly.AI | No separate agency plan; Standard is $189 a month for 100 prompts | No, monitoring and audits |
Prices from each vendor’s own pricing pages, checked October 2026; verify current terms on their sites. The Peec AI agency tiers are broken down in Peec AI pricing, and the two agency tracks are compared in Profound vs Peec AI.
When a client wants it done for them
Some clients don’t want a tool or a retainer for one. GEOHATS also runs a done-for-you service (from $2,000/mo), where our team does the work with a 90-day citation guarantee. It is a separate engagement with its own agreement; the guarantee does not apply to the self-serve tool. If you are deciding between hiring and running it in-house, read GEO agency vs AI visibility tool.
The parts of GEOHATS an agency uses
- AI visibility tracking: per-client score, question map and competitor share of voice.
- AI content writer: pages for the questions a client loses, in that client’s fonts and colors, checked by the quality gate.
- Site optimizer: a crawl of each client site as AI crawlers see it, free to run.
- Free AI crawler check: a quick test you can run on a prospect’s site before a sales call, no account needed.
FAQ
Is GEOHATS white-label?
No. The client report link shows your client's brand name and score, but it also says powered by GEOHATS and generated by GEOHATS, and it runs on geohats.com. There is no custom logo or custom domain option.
How many client sites can I run?
The 10-site tier allows 10 websites and the unlimited tier has no site limit. Both run the same software as the 3-site tier. At today's prices they cost $97 and $249 once.
Can my clients or teammates log in?
Not yet. A workspace has one sign-in today, with no team invites or client logins. Clients see their results through the read-only report link, which needs no login.
Can each client site use a different CMS?
Yes. CMS connections are per website, so one client can publish to WordPress, another to Webflow and a third through a webhook to Zapier, Make or n8n, each with its own credentials and auto-publish mode.
Who pays the AI costs?
You do, through your own provider keys, which are set once per workspace and shared by every site in it. The app estimates about $4.17 for a 30-question scan on all five assistants and shows estimated AI spend per website, so you can pass the cost through to each client.
Can I move from 10 sites to unlimited later?
Yes. Contact support from your dashboard and your account is moved to the bigger tier. There is no self-serve upgrade button yet.
Does GEOHATS guarantee results for my clients?
No. The self-serve tool has a 7-day money-back guarantee and no results guarantee. The 90-day citation guarantee belongs to the done-for-you service (from $2,000/mo), which is a separate engagement.
