Who builds GEOHATS, and how we work
The founder
GEOHATS is built by Daniel Borodin, an indie founder who builds and operates his own products end to end. He writes the product, runs the GEO method on his own sites and on geohats.com, and publishes what he learns: on the blog, in the news section, and on YouTube, where his “How I’d make [X] show up in ChatGPT” series walks through the method for real products.

What GEOHATS does

How the content on this site is produced
Every guide follows the same rules GEOHATS enforces for its customers’ pages:
- Competitor facts are checked on the vendor’s own site and dated. We keep one dated fact sheet for every tool we mention and re-check it monthly. When a vendor changes its pricing, the posts change with it. If a fact can’t be re-checked, it comes out.
- Every statistic links to its source.No invented numbers, no unattributed “studies show”.
- GEOHATS is disclosed wherever it appearsin a comparison, with its real limits listed next to everyone else’s.
- Daniel reads and signs every post. We publish a page or two a week, not dozens; weaker posts are merged into stronger ones rather than left to go stale.
- Dates are honest.A post’s “last updated” date only changes when its content does.

Two ways to work with us
The self-serve tool is a one-time purchase (currently $47, $97 or $249 depending on how many sites) where you run the loop yourself on your own AI keys. Typical results take 2 to 8 weeks, and there is no guarantee. The done-for-you service is a separate, contracted engagement where we do the work and back it with a 90-day citation guarantee and a full refund if we miss. The guarantee applies only to the service, never to the tool.
