These terms govern your use of GEOHATS (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What we provide

GEOHATS helps you track how AI assistants answer questions about your brand and generate content intended to improve your visibility in those answers. The self-serve tool is provided as-is: we do not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic, revenue, or that any AI assistant will cite you. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

Done-for-you service & money-back guarantee

Our separate, paid done-for-you serviceincludes a 90-day money-back guarantee, defined by that engagement’s agreement: if your brand is not cited in the named AI assistants for the agreed buyer questions within 90 days of work commencing, you may request a full refund of the service fees. This guarantee is a refund remedy, not a warranty of any third-party AI system’s output, and applies only to the done-for-you service - not the self-serve tool.

Your account & keys

You are responsible for activity under your account and for any API keys you connect. You pay your AI and data providers directly for usage on your own keys. Keep your credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, to spam third parties, or to violate the terms of any platform you connect (including your CMS or AI providers).

Content you generate

Pages are AI-drafted and provided as-is. AI can be wrong or out of date, including about statistics, pricing, and third parties. You are the publisher: you are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and verifying every claim - especially any statement about a competitor’s product, pricing, or features - before you publish it to your own or any third-party site. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of generated content and are not liable for what you choose to publish. You retain rights to your content; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEOHATS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use means acceptance.
