This policy explains what GEOHATS collects and how we use it. We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service.

What we collect

• Account data - your email, name, and a securely hashed password.
• Workspace data - the websites, questions, tracking results, and content you create in the Service.
• Connected credentials - AI provider and CMS keys you add are stored encrypted at rest and used only to perform the actions you request.
• Usage - basic logs needed to operate, secure, and meter the Service.

How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, meter plan usage, secure accounts, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data.

Third parties

When you connect AI providers or a CMS, your requests and content are sent to those services under their own terms and privacy policies.

Processors we use: Whop (payments and license checks), MongoDB Atlas (database), Fly.io (hosting), DataFast (website analytics such as page views, referrer, device and approximate location, loaded from a.geohats.com), and Google (only if you choose to sign in with Google). AI, search and CMS providers receive data only when you connect them.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting a website or your account removes its associated data. Connected keys can be removed at any time in settings.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email us to make a request. You can also delete your account yourself under Account settings.
