FAQ
Do I need my own AI accounts or keys?
No. AI is included in the plan. GEOHATS runs the checks, writes the pages and makes the fixes on its own AI accounts, so there is nothing to connect and no AI bill from anyone else.
Which AI assistants do you check?
ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini. Google AI Overviews isn't part of the local plan.
How do you check from my city?
Answers about local businesses depend on where the person asking is. We send your city as the searcher's location to the assistants that accept one, and the questions themselves name your city, like "best emergency plumber in Tampa".
Does anything go live on my website without me?
Not unless you choose that. By default you approve each page and fix before it's published. You can switch to Auto later, and Auto stays within weekly limits you can change.
How long until AI recommends my business?
There's no fixed timeline and no guarantee. New pages usually take weeks to be picked up, because assistants first have to find, read and trust them. The weekly check shows you when it starts to change.
What do I need to get started?
A website for your business. We use it to see when AI links to you and to publish your new pages. Publishing works with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix (beta), Ghost, HubSpot and a webhook; on other platforms you can download each page.
I have more than one location. How does that work?
Each location is its own plan, because each one has its own city, competitors and questions. Message us and we'll set up the others.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from your Whop account. There's no contract.
